STATEMENT OF FAITH

OUR BELIEVE IS VITAL!

WE BELIEVE THAT…….

GOD’S WORD - The whole Bible is the infallible and authoritative word of God and is the truth. It should be reverend and taken seriously. The Spirit of God came upon called and chosen men of their time and inspired the writings of the scriptures. We hold the Bible to be inerrant in the original writings, God-breathed, and the complete and final authority for faith and practice. 2 Timothy 3:16-17, Matthew 5v18, 1 Thessalonians 2:13, 2 Peter 1:20-21

GOD IS TRINITY

There is only one true God, the Godhead consists of three distinct personalities, or persons, God the Father, God Son, and God the Holy Spirit yet God is one in being, essence, and glory. He is the Creator of all. God is eternal, infinite and sovereign. God is Omniscient, Omniscient, Omnipresent, Omnipotent, and unchanging. God is holy, just, and righteous. God is love, His is gracious, merciful, and good. John 15:26, Matthew 3v16 & 17; Deuteronomy 6:4; Colossians 1:16, 2 Corinthians 13:14, John 10:30. Psalm 90:2, 1Timothy 1: 17; Psalm 93:1. Psalm 139:1-13, Revelation 19:6, Malachi 3:6, Isaiah 6:3, Deuteronomy 32:4, Exodus 9:27. 1 John 4:8, 1 Peter 1:3, Romans 8:28.

SIN AND INIQUITY

Sin is disobedience to the commands of God, the transgression of the law, which we find in His Word. The two commands by which all others rest upon are to love the Lord your God, and also thy brother. Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential for personal salvation. Matthew 22:36-40, Deuteronomy 5v6-21

MAN FALLEN STATE

We all have come short of the Glory of God, because of sin. And the only means of being cleansed from sin is through the blood of Christ. [REMISSION AND ATONEMENT OF SINS] Romans 3:23

ALL NEED A SAVIOR

Because of our sinful nature, we all need a savior. The wages of sin is death, and must be paid for in full, if not, the sinner would suffer eternal separation from God. No one can pay this price through good works of self righteousness. Man becomes justified by faith in Jesus Christ, and by faith unto good works. [WORKING FAITH] Romans 6:23

THE REALITY OF HELL

Hell is very real, which we do not wish anyone to go to. If anybody dies without redemption from their sins, they will spend eternity in hell. We believe in the resurrection of the saved in Christ Jesus and saving the lost for eternal judgment. Revelation 20:15

SALVATION IS POSSIBLE

God so loved the world, that while we were yet sinners, He sent His dear son to pay the price for our sin on our behalf. It is up to us to believe God and accept this payment for our sins. Salvation comes by faith through Jesus alone and by no other means can a man be saved. Those who continue in faith to the end will be saved. Salvation is a gift of God’s grace through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross. Christ’s death fully accomplished justification through faith and redemption from sin. Christ died in our place and bore our sins in His own body. By grace alone, through faith alone, and in Christ alone salvation is received.

Good works and obedience are results of salvation, not requirements for salvation. Due to the great, sufficient, and perfect sacrifice of Christ, everyone who have truly received Christ as Savior are eternally secure in salvation, kept by God’s power, secured and sealed in Christ forever. Salvation cannot be maintained or sustained by good works. Good works and changed lives are the inevitable results of salvation John 3:16-17, Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 5:8-9; 1 Peter 2:24; John 6:37-40; 10:27-30; Romans 8:1; Ephesians 1:13-14; 1 Peter 1:5; Jude 24

JESUS IS THE CHRIST

He is the messiah, the Son of God, the promised one sent from the Father to save us from our sins. Jesus is an exact representation of the Father, and he went about demonstrating the will of His Father in heaven for us by means of great miracles, healings, and deliverances.

Jesus is truly and fully God; He is truly and fully man. We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is God incarnate, God in human form, the expressed image of the Father, who, without ceasing to be God, became man in order that He might demonstrate who God is and provide the means of salvation for humanity. He lived a perfect, sinless life; we believe that all His teachings are true. Jesus is God who came in the flesh, and by Him, all things were made. We believe in his virgin birth, in his sinless life, in his miracles, in his vicarious and atoning death, in his bodily resurrection, in his ascension to the right hand of God the Father, and in his personal return to this earth in power and glory. Colossians 2:9, John 9:4, Acts 10:38, John 1:1-3, 12-14, 18, 29; Matthew 1:21 & 23; Colossians 1:15; 1 John 2:2, Isaiah 53:5-6; Acts 16:31; Romans 5:9; Ephesians 1:17; Matthew 28:6; 1 Peter 1:3 Romans 8:34; Hebrews 7:25.

THE HOLY SPIRIT

Is deity and is a personality. He regenerates sinners and indwells believers. He is the agent by whom Christ baptizes all believers into His body. He is the seal by whom the Father guarantees the salvation of believers unto the day of redemption. He is the Divine Teacher who illumines our hearts and minds as we study the Word of God. The Holy Spirit is ultimately sovereign in the distribution of spiritual gifts. We believe that the miraculous gifts of the Spirit, while by no means outside of the Spirit’s ability to empower, no longer function to the same degree they did in the early development of the church. Acts 5:3-4; Titus 3:51; Romans 8:9; 1 Corinthians 12:11-14; 1 Corinthians 2:9-12. Ephesians 1:13-14; 2 Corinthians 12:4-12; Ephesians 2:20; 4:7-12.

ANGELS AND DEMONS

We believe angels are real. God created them to be His servants and messengers. We also believe in the existence and personality of Satan and demons. Satan is a fallen angel who led a group of angels in rebellion against God. He is the great enemy of God and man, and demons are his evil cohorts and servants. He and his demons will be eternally punished in the lake of fire. Nehemiah 9:6; Psalm 148:2; Hebrews 1:14; Isaiah 14:12-17; Ezekiel 28:12-15; Matthew 25:41; Revelation 20:10

DEMONS EXISTANCE ON PLANET EARTH

When Satan was cast out of heaven, he took with him a third of the stars of heaven. We believe these stars are referring to angels, which are today known as demonic spirits which we encounter when ministering deliverance to people. They are under the leadership of Satan and carry out his evil commissions on the earth today. Revelation 12:4, Matthew 12:24

OPERATION OF DEMONS

These messengers of Satan are sent forth to carry out the assignment given to them by their leader Satan. To kill, to steal, and to destroy are the goals of our enemy Satan, and this is what demons do on earth. They oppose the work of God in governments, leadership, schools, and even churches. They can do all sorts of false signs and wonders, fortune telling, etc. On a personal level, we find them behind all sorts of physical, mental, and spiritual bondages. John 10:10, Luke 13:11, 16, Matthew 9:32-33, Matthew 17:15,18, Revelations 16:14, Ephesians 6:12

BINDING AND CASTING OUT OF DEMONS

This is an important ministry that Jesus has demonstrated unto us, and handed down to all those who believe. John 14:12, Mark 16:15, 17

• The redemptive work of Christ provides healing for the whole man: body, soul, and spirit.

• We believe in the ministration of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling presence, a believer is enabled to live a godly life which manifests in the fruit of the Spirit.

• We believe in laying on of hands, baptism of the Holy Spirit and a person baptized with the Holy Spirit will speak with new tongues and manifest other gift of the spirit and fruit of the spirit.

• The gifts of the Holy Spirit, as enumerated in 1 Corinthians 12 v1-14, should be practiced in the church today.

• We believe in water baptism by immersion in the triune name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

• We remember the Lord’s death in the ordinance of the Lord’s Supper and that his blood purchased salvation for us and his broken body purchased healing for us.

• In the perfection of the offices of apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, teacher, elder, and deacon should be recognized and operating in the church and these offices are to be filled with qualified men and women only. Ephesians 4v11-12, 1 Timothy 4,5 &6

• God is calling and preparing the Church to be a bride for his Son which shall be made up of perfected people according to His divine will and grace.

CAN CHRISTIANS BE DEMON POSESSED?

Yes! Just as a believer can be in bondage to pornography, lust, anger, and other evil bondages, they can also carry unclean spirits as well. There is much more information on this subject on www.webicministries.org along with very solid Biblical evidence as well.

HUMANITY

came into existence by direct creation of God and man is uniquely made in the image and likeness of God. We believe that every human being, because of Adam's fall, has inherited a sinful nature, that all human beings choose to sin and that all sin is exceedingly offensive to God Humanity is utterly unable to remedy this fallen state Genesis 1:26-27; Romans 3:23; Romans 6:23 and Ephesians 2:1-5,12.

THE CHURCH

Is the Body of Christ, a spiritual organism made up of all believers with verious gift of the spirit in this present age or dispensation. We believe in the ordinances of believer’s water baptism by immersion as a testimony to Christ and identification with Him, and the Lord’s Supper as a remembrance of Christ’s death and shed blood. Through the church, believers are to be taught to obey the Lord and to testify concerning their faith in Christ as Savior and to honor Him by holy living. We believe in the Great Commission as the primary mission of the Church.. It is the obligation of all believers to witness, by word and life, to the truths of God’s Word. The gospel of the grace of God is to be preached to all, all over the world. 1 Corinthians 12:12-14; 2 Corinthians 11:2; Ephesians 1:22-23, 5:25-27; Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 2:41-42, 18:8; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26; Acts 1:8; 2 Corinthians 5:19-20.

HOPE IN THE COMING WORLD

We believe in the blessed hope, the personal and imminent coming of the Lord Jesus Christ to rapture His saints. We believe in the visible and bodily return of Christ to the earth with His saints to establish His promised millennial kingdom. We believe in the physical resurrection of all men—the saints to everlasting joy and bliss on the New Earth, and the wicked to eternal punishment in the lake of fire. Titus 2:13; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Zechariah 14:4-11; 1 Thessalonians 1:10; Revelation 3:10, 19:11-16, 20:1-6, 12-13; Matthew 25:46; John 5:28-29.

SOULS

We also believe that the souls of believers are, at death, absent from the body and present with the Lord, where they await their resurrection when spirit, soul, and body are reunited to be glorified forever with the Lord. We believe that the souls of unbelievers remain dead until their resurrection when the soul and body reunited, they shall appear at the Great White Throne for judgment and shall be cast into the Lake of Fire to suffer everlasting punishment. Luke 23:43; 2 Corinthians 5:8; Philippians 1:23, 3:21; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17Matthew 25:41-46; Mark 9:43-48; Luke 16:19-26; 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9; Revelation 20:11-15.
